These transfers meet TUI flights from London Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester, and Eurowings flights from Düsseldorf and Berlin, arriving between 10:40 and 13:00. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed four weeks before arrival.

These transfers meet Eurowings flights from Düsseldorf (arrival 10:40) and Berlin (arrival 11:30).

Notes
* Extra transfers can also be booked by guests arriving in Kuusamo on previous days. Hotel pick-up is not available, so all participants must be at the airport at the designated pick-up time.
* Transfers may be shared by participants from several tour groups staying at different accommodations. Depending on the route and the number of drop-offs, the transfer time may vary between 1 and 2 hours.

There are no activities or guiding on the arrival day. You will meet your guide at dinner at 18:00.

Finland’s Eastern wilderness ski tour and Off the trails snowshoeing tour: €60 per person
A member of our team will assist you with check-in, but there are no activities or guiding on the arrival day. You will meet your guide at dinner at 18:00. Lunch on the arrival day is not included, so please bring a snack.

Extra nights
Any post-tour nights in Kuusamo must be booked by the guests themselves.

A taxi to Kuusamo Airport costs approximately €25. A shuttle bus operates from Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki to Finnair, Eurowings, Lufthansa and airBaltic flights (not TUI flights).

• Airport transfers included in our tour packages are scheduled according to Finnair’s flight timetable. Please check the transfer schedule before booking your flights.
• For selected tours, we also offer optional paid airport transfers in the early afternoon to accommodate passengers arriving on direct international flights.
• If your flight arrives earlier than the scheduled airport transfer, you will need to wait for the transfer.
• Your return flight must not depart earlier than the flight for which the included airport transfer has been arranged.

You may be wondering why some trips cannot be booked through our online system. The reason is simple: most of our departures are already fully booked. If the booking calendar shows “your selection is not available for this month”, it means that the number of places you selected is no longer available on any departure date during that month. Possible cancellation spots will be released for sale, and you can also ask about them by email.

Departures for winter 2026-27 will become available for online booking soon, but you are already welcome to contact us by email for more information.

Due to high demand, we have opened one additional departure in February for our Finland’s Eastern Wilderness ski tour on 24 Feb-2 March. Most other weeks for the season are already fully booked, with availability mainly toward the end of March.

There are still spots open on our March departures of the Kalevala Ski Tour – our more challenging ski trek designed for experienced cross-country skiers. The route leads through the quiet wilderness with daily distances of up to 42 km and luggage transfers provided. Book this tour and enjoy more time on the trails each day!
